Local Delivery

Local delivery is free. We offer direct delivery from our Vernon, CA warehouse using our own fleet, which means tighter scheduling, fewer mishandled orders, and real people you can reach if something needs attention.

  • Standard Delivery Window: 1 to 2 business days on most in-stock orders
  • Order Cutoff: Orders placed before 3:00 PM PST typically ship the next business day
  • Delivery Zone & Minimum Order: Please contact us to confirm whether your location qualifies for free local delivery and to review any minimum order requirements

Nationwide Shipping

For customers outside our local delivery zone, we ship nationwide via trusted carriers including LTL freight partners, UPS, FedEx, and USPS. Shipping fees apply to orders outside our local delivery area.

  • Parcel Orders (UPS, FedEx, USPS): Typically arrive within 3 to 7 business days
  • LTL Freight: Lead times vary based on destination and carrier; estimates are provided at checkout or by your account manager
  • Tracking: Tracking information is emailed once your order ships

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs for orders outside our local delivery zone are calculated based on order size, weight, destination, and delivery method. For accurate freight quotes on bulk or pallet orders, please reach out to your account manager or contact our team directly.

Order Processing

Most in-stock orders are processed within 1 business day. Custom packaging orders and large bulk orders may require additional lead time, which will be communicated at the time of order confirmation.

Will Call / Warehouse Pickup

Customers are welcome to pick up orders directly from our warehouse:

Please place your order in advance and wait for pickup confirmation before arriving so we can have everything staged and ready.

Damaged or Missing Items

We inspect every order before it leaves our warehouse, but if anything arrives damaged or your shipment is missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery so we can make it right. Photos of damaged packaging or product help us resolve claims quickly.
